Bio

Sarah Rose Mahnke-Baum is a young emerging artist from San Francisco. They work in fashion design, textile making and Art History. Sarah is currently studying at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and plans to graduate in the class of 2023. They are currently pursuing a BFA with emphasis in fashion design and a thesis in Art History and plan to pursue further education after receiving their undergraduate degree.
Prior to attending the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Sarah graduated from Convent of the Sacred Heart High School and attended Marist College, where they participated in their abroad program located in Florence, Italy.
Sarah’s work has been exhibited at SAIC’s on campus galleries and they sell handmade goods at art fairs throughout the Bay Area and online.
